CPM was contracted to provide and improve quality of life and community integration for veterans.  This facility is comprised of approximately 80,111 square feet of construction area including 40 rooms to provide temporary housing to disabled veterans, 11 therapy rooms, and 3 open office areas in addition to medical consultation offices.

CPM provided inspection, project management, and owner representation services during the construction of the facilities, including serving as owner consultants between contractor and architect. Pre-construction services include design evaluations, estimates, and contracting support before project commencement. Additional services contracted include procurement and inspection services for the lot master plan utility construction.
