In 2005, CPM was selected, as part of a consortium, to provide Project and Construction Management Services for the capital improvement program of the North Region of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. The North Region, one of the largest in terms of water consumption, is composed by 19 municipalities.

Additional Highlights: 

• CPM was responsible for managing projects in all segments of the water cycle such as: rehabilitation and construction of raw water facilities, water treatment plants, water storage tanks, distribution pump stations and distribution lines, and replacement of service lines and water meters, among others.
