CPM served as the Project Manager for the MMG Tower in Panama City, Panama. This project comprised the construction of a 30 story commercial office tower, parking facilities and recreational areas. In addition to Construction Management services, CPM also provided technical advisory in the pre-construction and procurement phases and LEED Certification process.

Additional Highlights: 

• The project integrated sustainability elements that included features such as: i) green roofs to avoid heat effects, and capture 95% of rain water to be reused in other building needs, ii) motion detection sensors to control illumination in stairways, parking garages and other common areas.
• The project was selected as the Best Green Category Project by the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR) and with the Gran Master Real Estate recognition from the International Federation of Real Estate Professionals (FIABCI).
