Mr. Cirino has thirty (30) years of experience managing and implementing construction projects.  He has been responsible for the management and supervision of over 120 engineers and technical personnel distributed island wide.  Mr. Cirino started his career at CPM as Project Engineer evolving through several positions as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Business Unit Director, and VP of Field Operations.  Currently, as COO, he is accountable for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring companywide alignment with growth & development strategies.  In addition, he provides direct technical advice to several clients in the pharmaceutical, commercial and infrastructure sectors.
