Mr. Bayona has thirty-two (32) years of experience in construction management for projects in both the private and public sectors. He is responsible to oversee the company’s financial growth. In addition, he leads the company’s planning and consulting services, including design, development, estimating, budget, procurement, scheduling, permitting & bidding efforts for CPM’s headquarters and international offices during the planning phases of capital projects. Mr. Bayona is also accountable for leading CPM Builders which provides Construction Management as Constructor.
